Business Development Manager | Building ProductA family-owned company at the forefront of producing and supplying premium building systems is expanding its presence nationwide. To support this exciting growth, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position, available for an immediate start.About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:Developing and executing strategies to meet revenue growth objectivesCompiling structured reports on the status of business opportunities and sales performanceManaging resources efficiently to support sales goalsDriving business growth by attending industry events, engaging in direct marketing, and building your networkKeeping accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions in the company's CRMSupporting the completion of large tenders and securing necessary documents from engineers, councils, developers, and clientsEnsuring all designs comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and standardsIdentifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and improve collaboration between teamsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will bring:A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably with exposure to the building industryStrong IT skills, including experience using CRM systemsKnowledge of Queensland Building Standards, Acts, and Planning SchemesA background in architecture, drafting, or design, with experience in planning, design development, and project documentationA proven ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful clientsConfidence in building relationships with prospective clients and offering tailored solutionsThe ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and apply problem-solving skills to prioritize workloadsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning abilitiesWhat's in It for YouCompetitive salary packageOpportunities for career advancementFlexible working conditions and support from leadershipBe part of a fast-growing, dynamic teamReference: AO #67764If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV to ****** and we'll be in touch.
