Business Development Manager | Building ProductA family-owned company at the forefront of producing and supplying premium building systems is expanding its presence nationwide.
To support this exciting growth, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time position, available for an immediate start.
About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategies to meet revenue growth objectivesCompiling structured reports on the status of business opportunities and sales performanceManaging resources efficiently to support sales goalsDriving business growth by attending industry events, engaging in direct marketing, and building your networkKeeping accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions in the company's CRMSupporting the completion of large tenders and securing necessary documents from engineers, councils, developers, and clientsEnsuring all designs comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and standardsIdentifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and improve collaboration between teamsAbout You The ideal candidate will bring:
