Location: Chatswood, Sydney, NSW, AustraliaAn exciting opportunity has arisen within Australia's fastest-growing Forex trading technology and brokerage service provider - ACY Securities.At ACY Securities we offer our clients state of the art trading technology and educational resources that are suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.You are the point of contact with our clients and provide value-added services to ensure our clients are satisfied.Your Main Responsibilities:Support leads to complete their application and convert them into SalesManage and maintain direct personal contact with an existing portfolio of ClientsSeek opportunities for up and cross-sellingRespond promptly to client requests in relation to Sales, pricing, and customer relationsMonitor market trends and opportunitiesContact both cold and warm leads and build rapport with prospective clientsConduct thorough needs analysis using a range of questioning techniques and active listening to identify sales opportunitiesThe Requirements:Strong passion for the industryStrong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin is a mustMinimum 2 years of sales and customer relationship management experience is essential, preferably in FX/CFD industryDemonstrated ability to build rapport and relationshipsA go-getter mentality - you are a self-starter by nature and always looking for the next opportunityA commitment to achieving targetsHigh energy and most importantly a positive attitudePerks and Benefits:Employee Reward and Recognition ProgramPool Table and table tennis in lovely pantryDiscounted Corporate Gym and Health MembershipFree snacks and fruitsThe Offer:This is a full-time position.
