Recreational Activity Officer

Join the Mark Moran Group, NSW's leading aged care provider, as a Full-Time Leisure and Lifestyle Officer in our Leisure and Lifestyle team at Little Bay, Sydney.
The job will be 09:00-17:00 with the option of working weekends if preferred.
In this role, you'll assess residents and facilitate activities that promote their social, recreational, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and our Model of Care.
We prioritise the interests of our residents and the community, creating memorable experiences through your customer-centric approach and passion for care.

About You To thrive in this role, you should have:
A Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (preferred)Experience with care plans and documentationBackground in residential aged care or working with clients with dementia (preferred)Experience in facilitating Lifestyle and Recreation activities (advantageous)If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW
