Afloat is a floating restaurant and bar located on the North Bank of the Yarra River (Birrarung) in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Brought to you by HQ Group (Arbory Bar & Eatery, HER, Straight Up Cocktails), Afloat is an ever-evolving hospitality venture that comes to life annually between September and May.With each season's reopening, the venue undergoes a complete refit, unveiling a brand-new theme annually. Designed to emulate some of the world's most exotic international destinations, each new theme is embraced through the venue's interior and design, food and beverage offerings, music, and entertainment programming.The annual re-launch has become synonymous with the Melbourne summer social season and signifies that the good times have arrived.We are currently seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our back of house management team.
