This is more than just a role; it's an opportunity to shape the future of our company by working hand in hand with our customers to provide exceptional value.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional technical support to our customers across the globe, focusing on escalated issues and complex inquiries.Work collaboratively with customers to smoothly facilitate our AP automation solution, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment.Assist customers with technical configurations and ongoing maintenance of the platform.Gain in-depth knowledge of ERP integrations and provide support to customers utilizing those integrations.Document technical solutions and maintain clear knowledge base articles.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Success, Technology) to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the platform.Be open to learning and adapting to support potential future integrations and advanced functionalities.SkillsExperience with SAP Business One.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.A deep understanding of the technical elements of TRAILD and the relevant ERP System.Confidence and professionalism when customer-facing.Quick problem-solving skills.Great communicator and responsive.Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.The Perks of Working at TRAILDFlexibility: we offer a range of remote, hybrid and flexible working options.Global team: we are growing across APAC, NA and EMEA and have team all across the world.Our team genuinely loves working at TRAILD: we scored 100% on our 2023 eNPS survey.Please note that the final applicants for this job will be asked to consent in writing to a police check / criminal background check to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction of employment.
