We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Coordinator - Access Control to join our BA team based out of Baulkham Hills, NSW office.
Reporting to the Sales Manager , you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales team.
You will be accountable for coordinating and implementing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and providing facilitation to the sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement Facilitate the sales team by support with necessary tools, resources, and information Work with cross-functional teams to address sales process gaps and opportunities Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives Implement Honeywell's environmental policies and procedures, minimise resource waste, and actively participate in initiatives that reduce environmental impact Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or a trade background 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field Excellent organizational and coordination abilities Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
