As the eCommerce Specialist reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing efforts and ensuring the success of the eCommerce channel and continued growth to maximise their industry exposure.
Snapshot of Responsibilities: You will oversee daily operations of eCommerce sites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.Briefing and working with agencies to implement, test, and manage new site features and integrations, addressing technical issues promptly.Continuously analyse site performance to enhance conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue.Maintain accurate and compelling website content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.Using online analytics tools and market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.Plan and execute email campaigns, managing subscriber lists and always analysing performance.What it Takes: A foundation of eCommerce experience, from either Retail/Wholesale or B2C settings where stakeholder management and driving execution have been essential to your success.A relevant tertiary/undergraduate qualification (preferably in eCommerce/communications or business).Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Naturally your attention to detail and a results-driven mindset are your key attributes.You always act as the brand custodian, taking responsibility for all brand related issues.
With a customer-centric approach to your work where you will go the extra mile.Great interpersonal communication skills, coupled with exceptionally strong written and presentation skills.This is a growth opportunity, where further development of your career is there for the taking.
