Your Role as Centre Manager
You will be the heart and soul of our centre, leading with vision, care, and determination.

Inspire and Lead the Team
Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture where educators are supported and motivated to excel.
Mentor and guide staff with regular feedback, training, and professional growth opportunities.
Drive the delivery of an engaging, high-quality curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Operational Excellence
Manage enrolments, budgets, and day-to-day operations with precision and a strategic mindset.
Ensure the centre meets all regulatory and quality standards (NQS) while maintaining a safe and vibrant environment.
Identify and implement strategies to grow enrolments and achieve operational goals.
Build Meaningful Relationships
Champion our centre in the community by organising events and initiatives that celebrate our mission and values.
Foster strong partnerships with families, creating open communication channels to support each child's learning journey.
Celebrate every child's individuality, ensuring an inclusive environment where they can flourish.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Leadership Experience: Proven success in a management role within early childhood.
Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
Exceptional Skills: Communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills that inspire trust and respect.
Compliance Ready: Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid Certificate.
