Leasing Manager

About the role:As the Leasing Manager, you will lead a high-performing leasing team to grow the management portfolio and maximise occupancy of assets owned by the company and their clients.
Duties: Collaborate with GM, CFO, and CEO to create and approve annual budgets Oversee leasing team performance, ensuring adherence to budget, process, and data integrity Develop strategies for leasing existing stock, project leasing, and acquiring new stock Ensure client leasing needs are met through strategic planning, regular reporting, and lead generation Serve as the main contact for new lease negotiations and ensure accurate CRM data Ensure tenant documentation, prepayments, and lease execution are completed before trading Coordinate with the Property Management team to meet tenant expectations and fit-out timelines Organise and maintain leasing team data and build relationships with key retailers Collaborate with Marketing for market analysis and efficient production of materials Create a simple business development strategy to attract new managements Audit and improve processes as needed Lead by example in achieving leasing success Build the profile of the leasing team and share success stories Provide supervision, mentoring, and training to foster a transparent, collaborative culture Promote a culture of performance and accountability aligned with company values Skills and experience: Background in agency leasing and experience in project leasing is a must Ability to lead a high-performing team Experience managing marketing material for projects Must have Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration and a valid Driver's License Benefits: Work for a leading property company Lead a successful leasing team Uncapped earning potential How to apply:Hit APPLY, or contact us on the details below:
