Commercial Operations Excellence Manager

Commercial Operations Excellence Manager My client is a small to medium sized global medical technology company, emerging from success in their own right.
They have big plans to grow as a market leader in their field, set up for continued growth and streamlined efficiency to help the end patient and enhance their service further.
A large component of this role will be Operational Excellence, Sales force effectiveness, analytics, tenders, and contract management.
This reporting line is straight into the General Manager and dotted line to the Country Manager.
This person will be the main POC for all things relating to the below, with plenty of job growth prospects as the affiliate grows.
The role can be worked 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
Key Responsibilities Primary contact for all commercial operations Commercial strategy around product, plans, reporting, and analysis Implementation of operational plans and support of business plans with cross-functional departments Customer orders and contract management Tendering in all aspects from start to finish Working with the commercial leaders while being in touch with the operational aspects of the business Optimize profitability while maintaining and building relationships with wholesalers, vendors, and distribution channels Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager About i-PHARM CONSULTING i-Pharm Consulting is a specialist Recruitment Company servicing the global Pharmaceutical industry.
