Commercial Operations Excellence Manager Skip to content My client is a small to medium sized global medical technology company, emerging from success in their own right.They have big plans to grow as a market leader in their field. Set up for continued growth and streamlined efficiency to help the end patient and enhance their service further. A large component of this role will be the Operational Excellence. Also Sales force effectiveness, analytics, tenders and contract management.This reporting line is straight into the General Manager and dotted line to the Country Manager.This person will be the main POC for all things relating to the below, with plenty of job growth prospects as the affiliate grows.The role can be worked 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. Primary contact for all commercial operationsCommercial strategy around product, plans, reporting and analysisImplementation of operational plans and support of business plans with cross functional departmentCustomer Orders and contract managementsTendering in all aspects start to finishWorking with the commercial leaders whilst being in touch with the operational aspects of the business.Optimize profitability whilst maintaining and building relationships with wholesales, vendors, distribution channelsWorking closely with the Supply Chain ManagerABOUT i-PHARM CONSULTINGi-Pharm Consulting is a specialist Recruitment Company servicing the global Pharmaceutical industry.
