Senior Project Manager – Sales ExcellenceMARS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead on a critical sales excellence project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating multiple work streams into a cohesive project schedule, ensuring alignment with project delivery frameworks, and managing both technical and business aspects of the program.

Job Type: Contract (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH)

Location: Bankstown (Sydney)
About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating multiple work streams into a cohesive project schedule, ensuring alignment with project delivery frameworks, and managing both technical and business aspects of the program.
Key Responsibilities Consolidate multiple work streams into a single schedule of work with consolidated reporting back to the program.Align project execution with established delivery frameworks.Manage core project management activities, including governance, scheduling, financial management, reporting, risk/issue management, and dependency management.Oversee the implementation of Salesforce-related initiatives within the program.Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in Sales Excellence or related programs.Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience managing both technical and business aspects of Salesforce implementations.Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects with diverse stakeholders.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.Strategic thinking and ability to align project goals with organizational objectives.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
