Assistant / Duty Manager | Campbelltown Hotel Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at Campbelltown Hotel.
Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager & Venue Leadership Team with the Hotel's day-to-day business operations.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
