Campbelltown Catholic Club is a large social and recreational Club located in South West Sydney. The Club has over 50,000 members and provides an extensive range of business, social and recreational facilities including: Dedicated function and event spaces, Multiple Restaurants and Bars, 18-hole Golf Course, Gym & Pool facilities, a Rydges Hotel and The CUBE Convention & Entertainment Centre.The Role:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all front of house functions across the Club's multiple food outlets.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations across our food outlets including:Lead, motivate and inspire a team of restaurant supervisors, fostering effective communication and offering regular feedback on performance.Collaborate with other departments, duty managers, and kitchen leaders to ensure seamless operations and a one team approach.Assess training needs, identify service improvements, and implement strategies to optimise guest experience.Oversee staffing requirements and professional development.Maintain high standards in customer service, quality dining experiences, and food safety compliance.Facilitate efficient communication between Front of House and Back of House teams and the efficient flow of service.The ideal candidate will possess the following:Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.Strong leadership skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Professional presentation.Strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.Knowledge of food safety, responsible service of alcohol, and allergen management protocols.Join our team to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll have the opportunity to lead a passionate team and grow professionally within a well-regarded establishment.Human ****** note that only successful applicants will be contacted.Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a restaurant manager?Do you hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate?Do you have customer service experience?
