About the Role: In this key position, the Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
You will lead a dedicated team, manage staff training, and maintain the restaurant's commitment to quality and authenticity in every dish.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment Ensure all food and service standards are met and exceeded Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Drive sales and monitor KPIs to achieve quarterly bonuses Build strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends About You: Previous experience within Restaurant Management Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach Passionate about food and creating memorable dining experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays What's on Offer: Competitive salary + Superannuation + Bonus Quarterly bonuses based on performance Opportunities for professional growth and development with an Australian based group that doesn't stop growing
