Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff members. If you have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.Create employee schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, following health and safety regulations.Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns.Experience:Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role is required.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.Experience in cash handling and managing budgets.Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus.Ability to interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff members.Skills:Team management.Hospitality mindset.Food handling expertise.Restaurant management knowledge.Strong leadership abilities.Cash handling proficiency.We offer competitive compensation based on experience.If you are passionate about the restaurant industry and possess the skills and experience required for this role, we invite you to apply.
