Restaurant Manager

Position Title: Restaurant Manager Salary: $73,500 to $80,000 plus 11.5% superannuation Brasserie l'Entrecote are looking for an experienced Manager for an immediate start.
This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Pymble, NSW About Us Brasserie l'Entrecote offer classic French cuisine, an extensive wine list and French music in our dining room every day.
We pride ourselves on giving warm and knowledgeable service, an incredible ambience and delivering a magical experience for every guest. About the Role The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: Maintaining service standards in our dining room by actively leading the team Maintaining clear communication with the Head Chef and Reservations Manager.
Inducting new employees and mentoring junior team members.
Leading the team to ensure high service standards and delivering regular staff training and feedback.
Ensuring the venue's presentation and standards are maintained at all times.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and handling customer complaints.
Overseeing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
Taking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders.
Enforcing health and safety regulations and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Skills & Experience – Who we're looking for: For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience: · Minimum Diploma qualification in Hospitality or similar field OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of qualifications; · Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks within the demanding pace of a restaurant environment while upholding quality standards; · Possess strong problem-solving skills to swiftly address and resolve various challenges, be it handling customer complaints, addressing kitchen mishaps, or managing staffing issues; · At least 2 years of experience in managing venues of a similar calibre If you are interested in applying, please forward your Resume to ****** & resv@bouillonlentrecote
