Job DescriptionThe Clinical Manager of our client is responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical management of telehealth services provided to patients.
This role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, accessible healthcare delivery through virtual platforms.
The Clinical Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, fostering a collaborative team environment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Additionally, this position is integral in the 'Transition In' planning and development of new Virtual Care Centre operations, including the creation and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and development of new Virtual Care Centre operations.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical team providing telehealth and video conference consultations to patients.Liaise with external healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care.Ensure clients have access to comprehensive primary healthcare services through virtual consultations.Ensure the provision of high-quality telehealth and video conference health consultations to patients, meeting the standards of Australia's public health system.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.Current AHPRA registration without restriction.About You & What You'll BringA strong leadership and management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in healthcare program development and evaluation, and knowledge of pharmaceutical management, health promotion, vaccination programs, and mental health education, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, enabling you to lead diverse teams, implement effective programs, navigate healthcare regulations, and provide culturally sensitive care with empathy and compassion.
