On offer is a Regional Service Manager position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:- On-site inspection of service centres in the areas.- Guiding and promoting the improvement of customer satisfaction in service centres.- Promoting and guiding the service centres to implement company's policies.- Responsible for the management, assistance and guidance of customer complaints and special incident handling in the region.Key requirements:- Experience in after-sales regional management or dealers management.- Willingness to travel among different regions.- Strong in building rapport with various stakeholders and stay calm under pressure.- Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to apply strategic thinking to uphold the company's service standard and brand image.- Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving.If you believe you are a good fit for the role, please don't hesitate to click on APPLY and submit your updated resume.BYD Australia is under rapid expansion with plenty more opportunities to arise.
