About the Role – Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant
This position is located at Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
We are seeking a client focused superstar who can support reception and our team with general administration and housekeeping duties as required.

Welcoming clients along with answering & screening incoming calls in a professional mannerElectronic collation & upload of year-end client information such as cover letters, tax returns, BAS's, invoices to our client digital signature portal.Assist with creating jobs in our work in progress systems to track the progress of tasks throughout the office to completion.File & maintain confidential documentationProcess lodgements to the Australian Taxation OfficeKnowledge of ASIC Compliance and assist the team with setup of new structures such as companies and trustsComplete ad-hoc tasks as requested by ManagementManage electronic mail downloads and distribution to clients as requiredPreparation and electronic distribution of our monthly client newsletterAssist with Digital MarketingLiaise with Government departments such as ATO and ASICDebtors Management and follow up with our texting and email systemAbout you
The ideal candidate will possess : Minimum of 2 to 3 years office administration experience in an accounting firmExcellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, TeamsGood with technology and problem-solving skillsOwn car and licenseExcellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clientsAt Clarke McEwan, we value a collaborative and supportive work environment.
