As a Lobby Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in curating personalized experiences that reflect the rich heritage of our brand and the elegance of our property.

Please note that this role requires Full-Time working rights in Australia to proceed. Key Responsibilities Engage guests by activating all lobby area services, including the Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, and Lounge.
Tailor recommendations to highlight our finest amenities and offerings.Anticipate and respond to guest requests with precision and care, arranging transportation, reservations, and other special needs while ensuring satisfaction through thoughtful follow-up.Share the unique history of The Ritz-Carlton brand and the building's heritage, enriching guest experiences with compelling stories that connect them to our legacy.Serve as a trusted resource for guests by offering insights about the property, local events, and exclusive activities, creating bespoke experiences.Partner seamlessly with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Bell Services to resolve any guest concerns promptly and with grace.Ensure a safe and luxurious environment by reporting safety concerns, maintaining impeccable grooming and uniform standards, and protecting company assets.What Makes You a Perfect FitYou possess a genuine passion for delighting guests and exceeding expectations.You have a talent for sharing captivating stories about our brand and the history of our property to create meaningful connections with guests.You express yourself with clarity, professionalism, and warmth, whether in conversation or written communication.You anticipate needs and ensure every touchpoint reflects The Ritz-Carlton's commitment to perfection.You're ready to assist individuals with unique needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring all guests feel genuinely valued.
