Video and Social Media Marketing ManagerEightcap is a dynamic online trading provider focused on delivering great trading tools and pro trading insight to enable smarter trading.
With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team to drive the growth of our trading education and entertainment play, The Trading Battle.
You will be responsible for delivering a mix of pre-recorded, live streamed and trading tournament formats which drive community engagement and inspire our audience about the craft of trading.The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.The Marketing Manager for The Trading Battle will lead the strategy and execution of video and social campaigns focused on trading education, market analysis and strategy discussions.
This role will be responsible for growth of the brand's presence across all digital and social touchpoints, collaborating with social media influencers to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and trading, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in content creation and digital marketing.This is a hands-on role where you will be required to wear many hats and will typically require attendance at the office and occasional travel.ResponsibilitiesLead the content strategy for high-quality video content, including interviews, trading analysis, and educational segments.Create a content calendar and ensure timely delivery aligned with brand goals.Collaborate with content creators and trading professionals to produce engaging content.Oversee video production from concept to post-production.Manage video distribution across YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.Ensure all videos meet brand standards.Develop a social media strategy to boost video engagement.Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.Monitor trends and adjust strategies for better performance.Identify and manage relationships with influencers to expand content reach.Create co-branded content with influencers.Track and report on video and social media performance.Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.Who are you?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or social media management, preferably within the finance or trading industry.Proven experience in video content production and project management.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience in growing and managing online communities.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible content.Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships to drive brand visibility and engagement.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.An interest in trading, FX, Crypto or general finance (desired).Are you interested in this opportunity but don't meet every requirement?
