The Head of Digital Experience will be responsible for partnering with our client and evaluating the client's e-commerce performance and .com operations; to make recommendations for enhancements and modifications in order to increase conversion and ROI.

This role involves overseeing website optimization, UX/UI design, content strategy, and e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

As part of the senior leadership team, this role will lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation, ensuring all digital initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Job Description Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that integrates SEO, CRO, UX, development, and data to drive business goals and enhance the digital presence of our clients.
Oversee ongoing CRO initiatives, using A/B testing, personalization, and analytics to enhance customer journeys and maximize revenue.
Oversee SEO team in developing and implementing strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive qualified leads.
Oversee UX & development teams in delivering best-in-class digital designs and solutions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the digital strategy supports company-wide objectives, such as revenue growth and market positioning.
Act as the point of contact between all relevant parties.
Craft e-commerce recommendations through consultation with clients.
Identify and analyze KPIs on web traffic and lead conversion funnels.
Analyze data and online behavior to drive online conversion.
Measure and monitor performance of content, adoption of new features and post-production build.
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all digital channels.
Nurture partnerships with new and existing software vendors to drive capability improvements and new business opportunities.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital experience team.
Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications and Experience:
5 years plus previous experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, e-commerce.
Strong understanding of UX/UI and information architecture design principles.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization & A/B testing.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing.
Previous experience or knowledge of Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager preferential.
Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, usage and strategic frameworks.
Knowledge of customer decision journey planning.
Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation skills.
