Lease Administration Manager

We're excited to be recruiting a Lease Administration Manager - a key position in our clients national team, based at Barangaroo
The key focus of your role will be to efficiently coordinate the completion of the lease contracts between the Retail Tenant and the Owner, whilst working with executives, internal and external solicitors and internal business teams.
Job title: Lease Administration Manager Location: ? Barangaroo, Sydney Pay rate: $90-110 p/h inc super Contract Duration: 01/10/2025 Start Date: ?ASAP About: This role offers a dynamic and varied opportunity, combining standard lease administration responsibilities with the chance to negotiate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Australia, including shopping centres and urban regeneration projects, ensuring a stimulating and diverse workload.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of lease contracts, ensuring all legal obligations are formalised to minimise income risk for the Owner.
Administer letters of offer and disclosure statements with precision and compliance.
Assist Leasing Executives in securing Owner approvals for terms beyond standard authority limits.
Manage solicitor instruction processes for new leases, renewals, assignments, and surrenders.
Demonstrate expertise in retail lease terminology, supported by 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a property paralegal.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships, confidently communicating and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
