How you will make a difference
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will support a passionate and dedicated team who work cohesively with the aim to increase wellbeing, build capacity and resilience and achieve sustainable housing independence and community inclusion goals for clients.
This position will be offered on a full-time fixed-term contract currently funded until 30 June 2025.
About you
The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading a client-facing team with excellent administration, research, and case noting skills.
You will display flexibility in response to changing priorities with the ability to establish and maintain strong links with clients.
Your client-centered approach will be at the forefront of everything you do along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You will have a tertiary qualification (social work or other relevant qualification) and demonstrated experience in the community services sector.
You must have, or be willing to obtain both a satisfactory National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check and a current drivers licence.
