We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Long-Term Workers' Compensation Case Manager to manage and oversee complex, long-term claims for injured employees.
In this critical role, you will work closely with injured employees, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and legal teams to ensure that employees receive the appropriate care, benefits, and support throughout the duration of their recovery.
You will play a key role in case management, advocating for the employee's needs while ensuring compliance with workers' compensation laws and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong case management experience, a deep understanding of workers' compensation, and a passion for helping individuals regain their health and return to work.
Essential Job Functions:
• Execute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers.
• Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis.
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting.
• Assist in updating and maintaining process documentation.
• Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in business process transactions
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus
