plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – RN2A Ongoing Full-Time About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager with a passion for cardiac care to join our highly skilled Cardiac Unit.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth operation of the Cardiac Unit.
Your responsibilities will include: providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical standards collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centred care plans overseeing the efficient allocation of resources and staff rosters to maintain optimal staffing levels identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction actively participating in quality improvement activities and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
