We seek a highly self-motivated Site Manager with demonstrated experience to lead and manage the delivery & completion of our projects across Victoria. The successful candidate will be focused on our current & upcoming residential projects, and will enjoy being part of a dynamic team.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the construction team that will assist in the continued growth of the business. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high quality. You will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for construction and a demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: The management & co-ordination of on-site construction for a numberof projects concurrentlyLead, co-coordinate & motivate trade contractorsProject planning, scheduling & budgetingEfficient & diligent call-up of materials & labourUtilizing best practice construction techniquesEnsuring the highest quality standards & customer satisfactionIdeally you will possess the following experience, skills & attitude: 5+ years of residential site management experience with a reputable custom builderQualifications in construction management, or a building relatedtertiaryqualificationAn ability to work independently & as part of a small teamWillingness to travel to sites across VictoriaGeneral computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office productsThe ability to work under pressure and manage project schedulesExcellent communication and relationship skills and an ability to maintain strong team and client relationshipsModular Building experience is preferred.
A competitive salary package will be negotiated taking into consideration your level of experience.
