The Role General Manager - Sales Sitting on a dynamic senior leadership team, this critical General Manager – Sales role will lead a multi-faceted team of 15+ and multiple sales channels, driving profitable growth and market expansion.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing strategic sales plans to scale revenue across multiple channels.
Expanding B2B relationships nationally.
Building and inspiring a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Leveraging CRM systems and bespoke tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and sales performance.
Strengthening customer engagement strategies, bridging offline and online experiences.
Driving innovation and identifying new market opportunities, with a specific focus on scaling trade revenue.
About You We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager – Sales, with a proven track record of scaling revenue and transforming teams within a B2B and consumer sales environment.
You will bring: Leadership Excellence : Experience in upskilling sales teams and fostering a customer-first culture.
Strategic Vision : Success in penetrating new markets and executing business development plans.
