WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a rare opportunity to join a highly driven and successful Digital Audio team to help commercialise branded campaigns for clients across NOVA Entertainment's evolving digital and digital audio platforms, with a focus on live streaming, podcasting and product capabilities.
Key responsibilities: Provide outstanding support services to the Digital Audio and Sales teams in achieving its goals and revenue for the business.
It involves a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks, whilst achieving expected turnaround times.Seamless delivery of client marketing and digital media solutions, and that all administrative processes (including Excel reporting) in this delivery are carried out efficiently and effectively.Support in the design and production of integrated and digital campaign pitches and recommendations.Collaborate with Content teams to deliver compelling editorial, video and audio commercial solutions for clients.Collaborate with Sales teams to provide digital product information, sales tools and commercial resources.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years' experience in an administration role within the digital media or advertising industry, however your passion and professionalism is what sets you apart.Intermediate to advanced MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation, and external clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.Ability to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment.Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative and results-driven, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a changing landscape.Passionate about the digital audio industry, in particular podcasting and trending content.WHY NOVA ENTERTAINMENT Our Sales teams are highly collaborative and are on-site 5 days a week.
