Job Description

Handle all aspects of group reservations from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
Coordinate with the sales and events teams to understand group requirements and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
Collaborate with other hotel departments such as Sales & Marketing,Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure smooth execution of group stays.
Maintain detailed records of group reservations, including room blocks, special requests, and billing information.
Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to group bookings, providing exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on hotel facilities, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to group clients.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems, property management systems (Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
