Project certification and design verification Site assessment Grid connection support Supply chain quality management Project management assistance Construction supervision Condition monitoring and asset management solutions The Role BV is seeking an experienced Senior Wind Engineer .
The candidate should have a high-level understanding of the energy yield assessments and be experienced in design review, verification, and assessment of renewable energy plants.
This may include:
Budget management Schedule management Quality management Risk management Contract and stakeholder management Supervising construction Procurement activities Negotiation with EPC Managing industrial relations Key Responsibilities Wind site visits, inspections, RCAs High level understanding of the energy yield assessments Design review, verification, and assessment of renewable energy plants Experience with EPC, O&M, and TSA contract reviews Perform technical due diligence, construction monitoring, and payment milestone authorization of wind projects Manage the projects as the owner's engineer Manage other engineering sub-consultants to meet the requirements of BV's clients Maintain communication with engineers of other international BV offices and facilitate information sharing in electrical engineering for renewable energy plants Client liaison, including development and continual review of client requirements, managing client expectations, keeping clients informed of work progress, and ensuring timely production of deliverables Participate and represent BV in renewable energy conferences, events, etc.
Any other tasks requested by the Engineering Manager Qualifications and Experiences Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Master's is preferred Experience in the consultancy environment as owner and lender engineer Wind farm site experiences with GWO qualification Ability to work under pressure Excellent report writing skills Ability to work with minimum supervision The Benefits We offer a competitive salary package and an opportunity to advance your career in a leading global organization, as well as:
