Accounts Payable Executive

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Executive to join the existing internal finance team of seven members across Southeast Asia and Australia.
Reporting into the Finance Manager for Australia, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable service for the Australian business.
Responsibilities: Processing all vendor invoices and ensuring appropriate approvals have been obtainedEnsuring all costs have been posted to the correct GL code and relevant SBU(s)Onboarding new vendors and performing all relevant checksManaging all vendor staff expense payments and intercompany transfers, ensuring we meet all applicable deadlines and payments are made from the correct bank accountDaily matching of all bank payments in AgressoReconciling all vendor statementsCommunicating key payments to project teams, EAs and Office ManagersExperience Required:Previous experience working in a Finance team, ideally in Accounts Payable.Worked in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of the businessDiversity & Inclusion
