Existimos para acompañar y facilitar siempre la vida en movimiento de las personas y el país, y queremos convertirnos en una empresa líder en movilidad, ofreciendo soluciones para todos los nuevos modos de transporte y consumo de la nueva era digital. ¿Te gustaría diseñar y liderar programas de capacitación que impulsen el rendimiento de equipos clave?¿Quieres ser parte de un equipo que transforma el desempeño de los colaboradores?Esta oportunidad es para tiEn Copec estamos en búsqueda de un/a Training Partner, quien será responsable del levantamiento de necesidades y requerimientos formativos, del diseño metodológico y de la implementación de programas y cursos de capacitación que aseguren el correcto desempeño de los distintos roles que existen en las estaciones de servicio y, asimismo, respondan a las necesidades del negocio.Dentro de tus principales funciones se encontrarían: Administrar las iniciativas de Capacitación que van desde Copec hacia las Estaciones de Servicio. Entregar propuestas de formación para dar solución a las necesidades del negocio adecuadas al público de la Academia, trabajando alineado con las distintas áreas cliente (Gerencia EDS, Marketing, Arcoprime, MPS, Mantenimiento, etc.). Realizar proceso de Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación. Definir competencias/estándares de desempeño. Diseñar estrategias de formación adecuadas al requerimiento y al público. Definir rutas de aprendizaje para proceso de inducción y de formación permanente. Mantener un portafolio de proveedores externos. Relacionarse con proveedores para el desarrollo y/o ejecución de estrategias de formación. Monitorear la implementación de los aspectos del entrenamiento de los programas de capacitación. Planificar, recoger y analizar datos para evaluar la Transferencia al Puesto de Trabajo y el Impacto de las acciones formativas que se implementen a través de la Academia. Identificar brechas de desempeño/competencias antes y post capacitación. Años de experiencia: 3 años (deseable). Estudios de post-título en ámbitos de educación (deseable). Manejo en: Metodología ROI de capacitación Plataformas e-learning (LMS) Metodologías de Diseño Instruccional Gestión de proyectos ágiles (deseable) Metodologías de gestión de cambio Metodologías con enfoque en educación de adultos (andragogía) Manejo de Office nivel medioBeneficios: Becas de estudios para ti y tu familia.
