CTEK is a global market leader in vehicle charging solutions.
CTEK is the leading global brand in battery charging solutions, most specifically vehicle charging.
CTEK offers products ranging from 12 V & 24 V battery chargers to charging solutions for electrical vehicles.
Products are sold via a carefully selected network of global distributors and retailers, as original equipment, supplied to more than 50 of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers and through charge point operators, property owners as well as other organizations and individuals providing EV charging infrastructure.
We are now hiring a Sales Representative – ANZ based in Australia.
Role Description: As the Sales Representative – ANZ, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales and marketing activities for CTEK's consumer and professional products across Australia and New Zealand.
Your role will involve maintaining and expanding current distribution channels, as well as identifying, analyzing, and establishing new channels to optimize market penetration.
You will visit customers and prospects nationwide to build deep working relationships, deliver business proposals, conduct market research, generate leads, plan and execute campaigns, and provide sales forecasting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential sales opportunities.
Implement sales and marketing plans, including campaigns and promotions, while reporting on activities, progress, and future plans.
Provide monthly management reports and sales forecasts.
Serve as the contact coordinator for global marketing and customer service activities and programs.
Identify customer needs and present new products and solutions.
Formulate and implement partner activities to achieve sales goals.
Conduct customer product demonstrations and field tests.
Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge to leverage selling opportunities.
Coordinate technical assistance requests.
Represent CTEK at trade shows and exhibitions.
Conduct joint sales visits with distributors, customers, and other company divisions as required.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven sales experience within retail, consumer electronics, or automotive industries.
Minimum of 5 years of B2 B or B2 C sales, business development, or account management experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities with conceptual and analytical skills and the capability to turn decisions into executable plans.
Solid business acumen with a passion for understanding customer needs.
Interest in technology, including product functionality, features, and benefits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Share Point, and CRM software.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
