We service participants from the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast.
We offer clients individualised support, entirely focused on building their capacity, helping them meet their goals and improve their lives.
We offer people the support they need, with the worker they choose.

NDIS worker screening & Working with Children CheckCurrent drivers licenceCurrent First Aid and CPRApplicants must have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of technology used for rosters, recording progress notes, policies and procedures etcEmpathy, patience and a genuine desire or passion for helping othersBe very flexible with availability, working a variety of shifts throughout the day, including early morning, evening and weekend shiftsTasks & responsibilities Support and assist participants to perform daily living tasksSupport and assist participants to engage with their communitiesSupport participants to develop their skills, abilities and confidenceBuild relationships with participants whilst maintaining professional boundaries at all timesPromote and assist participants to live an active, healthy lifestyleSupport clients to achieve their personal and NDIS goalsFollow all policies and procedures and record daily progress reports for supports providedBenefits At Adept Care Services we focus on matching workers to participants to ensure supports are enjoyable for everyone and for contunity of supportsBuddy shifts are provided to all new workers, if neededOngoing opportunities for professional development & trainingSupportive and inclusive work environmentWorkcoverSuperannuationJob Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $74.72 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
