Urbis, Shaping futures your way
The Opportunity: Urbis has an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator.
In this role you will be a key part of our national P&C team, providing administrative support and assisting in the delivery of a set of planned people initiatives that will enhance employee performance, engagement, retention and productivity.
You will: Assist with generalist P&C administrative duties such as generating employment offers and packs.
Assist with the coordination of employee lifecycle activities from probation reviews, anniversaries, annual performance and remuneration reviews, and exit interviews.
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment processes.
Maintain HRIS and documentation.
Assist with P&C reporting from our HRIS.
Support with the delivery and implementation of HR projects and annual cycles/programs.
Assist the P&C team to deliver a set of planned people initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, retention and productivity – aligned to our HR strategy.
Assist with WH&S such as managing the incident register by ensuring it is kept up to date with the details.
About you: Demonstrated experience in an administrative role (in HR would be advantageous).
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field (desirable).
Intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems is highly regarded.
Excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
