Job Title Handyman
Job Description Summary Our Trades Service team is seeking a dedicated Handyperson with experience in building services maintenance.
The successful applicant will be supplied with attractive rates, phone, uniform, and the security of working for a growing global company with a long trade services history.
About the Role We currently have a full-time position for an experienced Handyman in Melbourne. As a member of the Facilities Service team, you will report to the State Service Manager. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Undertake urgent, routine, and ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, and inspections on the client's premises and equipment as directed by the company.Review and comment on any instructions and standard operating procedures for handyman services supplied by Cushman & Wakefield Services.Liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works undertaken.Participate and take an active role when new equipment items are transferred from Projects to Maintenance.Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively, including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you.Utilise the mobility solution to retrieve work order details and enter and complete all historical information within the system.Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will bring previous experience in a similar environment. Minimum requirements include:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Handyman role in a Commercial, Domestic, or Corporate environment.Experience in Building Services Maintenance.Basic estimating (small works).App experience for completing documentation.Basic IT skills.Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
