The Opportunity
Service Desk Analyst
12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time
Hybrid Work - 2 days in the office
Your new role
Exciting opportunity for a passionate Service Desk Analyst (12 month fixed term contract) to join TelstraSuper's Technology Team.
Reporting to the Head of Technology Support & Experience, this role will see you play an integral role working with the business to provide 1st & 2nd level technical support.
Your key activities will be to diagnose, resolve and fulfil customer issues and requests that come through the centralised Service Desk.
You will also provide technical support to business users and training to new staff.
What we are looking for
You are an enthusiastic self-starter who is looking to build their career in technology support.
You have a dedicated approach to your work and you apply your lateral thinking to take tasks through to completion and you can work with minimal direction and to deadlines.
Naturally, you are a confident communicator, and you strive to deliver a high level of customer service in everything you do.
You are an analytical thinker, patient, resilient and tenacious by nature.
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a Technology Support role
A tertiary degree in any related Information System discipline
Had exposure to Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft 365 products
Some experience with hardware/software installation & configuration
