Senior Sous Chef, Modern Asian Restaurant Our client is one of the best in the local dining scene with renowned restaurants across Melbourne.

Job Description
This is a creative role, requiring you to work alongside the Head Chef to drive the food offer and manage the team in this dynamic inner-city restaurant.
This restaurant strives to be the best in all aspects of its operation, delivering a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture.
First and foremost, you will be responsible for creating modern, interesting and creative menus.
You will also assist in overseeing the organisational requirements of the kitchen including scheduling, ordering, WHS compliance, and everything in between.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience as a senior Chef in an up-market, busy establishment Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously The authority to command respect High food standards in both taste and presentation Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong kitchen organisational skills Team player skills and lead by example Offer
