We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for providing best-in-class service for a key portfolio of diverse commercial clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.
This Client Manager role is considered a key driver of our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.

What the day will look like: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industriesManage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutionsDevelop new and profitable business within the Commercial segmentContribute to the strategic direction of the Commercial businessAchieve renewal and new business budgetMentorship and development of team members within the regionSkills and Experience that will lead to success: This position will suit someone with the following experience:
Exceptional client relationship management capabilitiesExperience or interest in insurance and risk management for clients in the Education IndustryFirst-class communication and presentation skillsA keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successesStrong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance productsLeadership and management experience preferredTier 1 QualificationBachelor's degree and/or relevant working experienceOrganisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentHow we support our colleagues: In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
