Experienced Serviced Apartment Hotel General Manager Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for hospitality?
We are seeking an Experienced General Manager to take the reins of our serviced apartment hotel.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a dynamic property, foster a culture of excellence, and drive performance across all areas.
Your leadership will ensure an unforgettable experience for our valued guests while achieving operational efficiency and financial success.

Primary Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence : Lead all facets of the property, including revenue management, team development, and customer satisfaction.
Financial Leadership : Achieve and exceed financial targets through strategic planning and cost control.
Guest Experience : Ensure exceptional service standards that exceed guest expectations, with a strong focus on positive customer sentiment.
Team Development : Recruit, mentor, and motivate a cohesive team to deliver outstanding performance.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment owners, guests, and key stakeholders.
Strategic Decision-Making : Drive innovation, implement changes, and align strategies with business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
Leadership : Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality.
Strata Management : Knowledge or experience in strata building management (highly desirable).
Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of budgets, revenue management, and key hospitality metrics.
Guest-Centric Approach : A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Operational Knowledge : Expertise in front office, housekeeping, facilities, and maintenance.
Problem-solving : Ability to handle challenges and implement effective solutions under pressure.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
