Sector Lead – Health (Executive Advisor Level)Leadership position driving health-sector advisory services.Secure and deliver high-value projects, gaining trusted advisor status.Mentor teams to ensure client success and maintain industry presence.Lead and grow the Health portfolio at a leading consultancy.
Shape strategies, build client relationships, and ensure excellence in project delivery.
This rapidly growing consultancy partners with clients to deliver high-value advisory services across key sectors, including Energy, Transport, Construction and Water.
They are now seeking a driven and experienced Sector Lead to build and develop a portfolio of clients in the Health sector, and lead their efforts in this critical area.
This is a senior leadership position focused on shaping and delivering advisory services within the health sector, establishing long-term client relationships, and driving business growth.
You will work closely with the Managing Director while enjoying the autonomy to make a significant impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver advisory services for health sector projects, including project development, procurement, and delivery phases.Develop new business opportunities within the health sector, converting 3–4 new clients annually and securing repeat engagements.Build a trusted advisor reputation, achieving client referrals and sole-sourcing opportunities.Lead high-performing teams, ensuring excellence in project delivery.Represent the business within the health sector, maintaining an active professional presence.About YouYou are a results-oriented professional with deep expertise in the health sector.
You have a proven track record in delivering advisory services and building strong relationships.

Skills and Experience RequiredSignificant experience in the health sector, including leadership roles.Demonstrated expertise in project development, procurement, delivery, and resolution within the health industry.A proven ability to secure and execute high-value advisory engagements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels.Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field; additional qualifications in project management are desirable.If you are passionate about leading and delivering outstanding results in the health sector, submit your CV and a cover letter demonstrating your suitability for this opportunity.
