As TC Boxes grew, they found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes; campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes, and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on the ute.
TC Boxes' product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia.

As Site Manager, you'll drive operational excellence and business growth at our site, leading a talented team while developing strategies to expand our market presence.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll manage operations and craft initiatives that fuel our growth.
This full-time, on-site position is focused on driving site performance and profitability with real autonomy to make decisions and implement your vision.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting warehouse and installation teams to optimise workflows and maintain quality standardsFostering a safety-first culture through regular audits, toolbox talks, and WHS complianceOverseeing P&L management and implementing strategies for sustained growthBuilding and mentoring high-performing teams through continuous developmentSupporting cross-functional collaboration across departmentsThis on-site role provides an exceptional opportunity to lead operations, drive business growth, and develop your team while maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and safety standards.
