Our vision is to empower our clients to grow their businesses through integrated and faster payments, the latest and most accurate credit data, and process automation.Pre-Sales & Implementation SpecialistAs a Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist at ezyCollect, you will be the bridge between technical solutions and client success.
Collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams, you'll showcase how our solutions solve accounts receivable challenges, guide clients through seamless implementations, and provide valuable feedback to refine our product.The Role
Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner with Account Executives to understand prospective clients' accounts receivable challenges and demonstrate how ezyCollect transforms workflows.Solution Demonstration: Lead tailored, technical product demos that showcase seamless integration with clients' accounting or ERP systems.Implementation Oversight: Manage end-to-end implementation, working with customer success and product teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring operational improvements.Custom Feature Coordination: Assess and prioritise custom feature requests, collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to align with strategic goals.Client Training & Support Assistance: Support the preparation and execution of training sessions, ensuring clients fully leverage ezyCollect for their business needs.The Ideal CandidateMust-Haves:Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ERP and accounting software platforms like NetSuite, Xero, Acumatica, SAP B1, and other API integrations, with the ability to quickly learn complex solutions.Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing projects from start to finish, including cross-team coordination.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.Analytical Thinking: Skilled in identifying and solving client challenges through tailored solutions.Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities with ease.Desirables:AR Automation Experience: Background in accounts receivable automation or financial software.Training Support Experience: Experience developing or assisting with client training materials.Customer Engagement: Track record of ensuring high client satisfaction and adoption of solutions.Traits We Value:Collaborative: Works effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.Innovative Thinker: Brings creative solutions to solve client challenges and improve processes.Detail-Oriented: Delivers high-quality work through meticulous attention to detail.Client-Focused: Always prioritises client needs to provide exceptional service.Proactive: Anticipates and addresses challenges before they arise.Some of our benefits and perks:24hr access to a modern WeWork office on Pitt Street, with an on-site baristaEmployee Share Option PlanAnnual Training BudgetHybrid, flexible working arrangementsGenerous parental leave policyWork From Anywhere policyEmployee SWAGQuarterly Social Team EventsMonthly Virtual EntertainmentOptional active lunch breaks, meditation, and yogaHaving a large impact, a small team, and helping shape the future of ezyCollectJoining a passionate team that rewards the right behavioursWorking with a product that customers love
