Our core values, Customer Success, Ambition, Equality and Team are at the foundation of who we are and how we operate.Job DescriptionThe RoleAs an Executive Director, you will play a key role in driving Automic Group's business growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact by leading strategic initiatives, managing key client relationships, and inspiring a high performing team.To succeed in this role, you will bring Capital Markets experience, gained from sellside or buyside roles, a deep understanding of ASX Listing Rules, and the Corporations Act, coupled with proven leadership capabilities.ResponsibilitiesLead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Handle escalated matters with confidence, always ensuring client satisfaction.Manage financial performance within your area of responsibility.Represent Automic Group at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, strengthening the organisation's brand and influence.Inspire and lead a talented team, building collaboration, innovation, and a culture of high performance.Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated CapabilitiesCapital markets experience, gained from sellside or buyside roles.A strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.Proven ability to anticipate market trends and develop innovative strategies that deliver results.A track record of successfully managing key client relationships, providing expert advice, and achieving outstanding client outcomes.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and empowering others to achieve their best.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Demonstrated success in managing budgets, achieving financial goals, and driving operational excellence.DiversityCreating a workforce that actively embraces diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging is key to our success.
