An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen with a well-established Project Management Consultancy based in Sydney.
With over 20 years of market presence, this consultancy is known for its longstanding relationships across key sectors such as health, education, transport, and infrastructure.
About the Role
This Executive Director role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers a clear pathway to the CEO position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth, both within traditional sectors and emerging markets.
The board is keen to expand and re-establish the business, and they are looking for a dynamic leader who can lead this charge.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and re-establish the consultancy's presence in key markets.
Strengthen existing client relationships and expand into new business opportunities.
Work closely with the Managing Director and Board to shape the company's future direction.
Oversee project management operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Mentor and develop senior leadership and staff across the business.
About You
Proven track record in winning business and delivering results in the project management sector.
Strong industry presence, with deep knowledge of key sectors such as health, education, transport, and infrastructure.
Passionate about driving company growth and fostering innovation.
Ideally, you will have an engineering background, with strong strategic and commercial acumen.
This person will be ideally able to win business and bring along relationships.
