Executive Assistant to Commercial and Managing Director NSW A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to join this global and well-known organisation in their Sydney Head Office.

The Executive Assistant will provide a high level one-on-one support to the Commercial Director, State & Communities and Managing Director, NSW in an ever-changing industry.

Your day to day:
Extensive inbox and calendar management on behalf of the Managing Director.
International and domestic travel including agendas, accommodation, and transfers.
Coordinating leadership meetings including minutes and agenda preparation.
Expense management, processing invoices, and reconciling corporate credit card statements.
Providing support for broader needs including presentations and document creation.
Assisting with team communications and project managing/planning events, both internal and off-site when required.
Who are you?

Strong experience as an Executive Assistant, with experience assisting senior-level executives in a fast-paced industry such as media.
Experience managing a very busy inbox/calendar with multiple conflicting meetings is key.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Experience working at C-suite level.
Demonstrated ability to pre-empt needs and manage conflicting and complex priorities.
Exceptional written skills to be able to draft correspondence on behalf of your Executive.
You will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Solid administration and computer skills, particularly across MS Office and Google suite.
