To enable us to grow and evolve our services within Healthy Ageing in line with our strategic plan, we have a new opportunity for a Business Manager Regional Programs, Healthy Ageing.
Within this role you'll be responsible to operationalise and grow the delivery of Healthy Ageing services including Stepping On, Mind and Move, Health and Wellness Hubs and Respite Centres.
Day to day this role looks like: Ensuring all Healthy Ageing services and programmes are delivered effectively within the regionEnsuring products and services meet current and future client outcomes and satisfactionAchieving monthly outputs and revenue targets by regularly reviewing and adjusting services offered by locationCross selling services across Healthy Ageing and other CHL offerings and ensuring a sustainable and effective pathway to onboard new clientsPlanning and executing the opening of new services in line with regional growth planGrowing respite offerings through collaboration with Care Management and Business Development ManagerCollaborating with Practice Manager to ensure Allied Health services support client needs and outcomes for multi-disciplinary approachProviding regular coaching and feedback for all employees, including defining KPIs, conducting both informal and formal performance reviews, and coaching to correct performance or behavioursProviding development opportunities for employees, including succession planning for those with potentialFostering a learning environment, ensuring 100% completion of mandatory training, coordinating training for team members including orientation for new employees, on-the-job coaching, and safety trainingMaintaining a safe working environment (including fire, medical, emergency and security) through risk management and consultation consistent with legislative and policy requirementsTo be successful in this role you'll need: Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Science or relevant professional experienceDemonstrated experience in Home & Community Services and understanding of funding arrangements as well as knowledge of Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission StandardsDemonstrated experience in leading and managing programs and teams in a complex environmentComprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process, particularly age-related health issues and preventionGood understanding of the financial drivers of a business – revenue, costs, investments.
